You can request permanent deletion of your Sail Scan account and its associated data at any time.

How to request deletion

  1. Email us from the address associated with your Sail Scan account.
  2. Use the subject “Delete my Sail Scan account.”
  3. We will verify the request and confirm when deletion is complete.
